1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and 72bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino service available at https://72bd.io ("the Service").

By registering an account, accessing the website, placing any bet, or participating in any game offered through the 72bd platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Service in any capacity.

72bd reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason, where it has grounds to believe that the eligibility criteria have not been met.

3Account Registration

To access the full features of the 72bd platform, you are required to create a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Only: Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one account on the 72bd platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to open multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are required to keep this information current and promptly notify 72bd of any changes.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 72bd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Identity Verification (KYC): 72bd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, you may be required to submit documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment method. Accepted documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Account Closure: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Pending bets will be settled before the account is closed. Any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following successful identity verification.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

72bd supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 72bd account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect.
• 72bd does not charge any fees on deposits. Third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, for which 72bd accepts no responsibility.
• All deposits must come from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal limits are stated within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.
• 72bd charges zero platform fees on all withdrawals. You will receive the full amount requested, subject to any charges imposed by your payment provider.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a method that has been verified under your account. This measure is in place to prevent money laundering and fraud.
• 72bd reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. This may include requesting additional identity documents.
• Withdrawals from bonus-derived balances are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 5 of these Terms.

5Bonuses & Promotions

72bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered users who have completed the applicable verification requirements. Each promotion will specify any additional eligibility criteria at the point of offer.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met before any bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or for which wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise, only one bonus may be active at a time. Claiming a new bonus before completing the wagering requirements of an existing bonus may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: 72bd reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using professional betting strategies designed to exploit bonus mechanics, or colluding with other players in connection with a promotional offer.
• Right to Modify: 72bd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change does not adversely affect a bonus that a player is in the process of legitimately wagering through.

6Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the 72bd platform, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Test matches, ODI series), football, kabaddi, and all other sports markets:

• Bet Placement: All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed, except where the platform explicitly offers a cash-out feature for the specific market.
• Minimum and Maximum Stake: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each market and are displayed within the betting interface. 72bd reserves the right to apply individual stake restrictions to specific accounts.
• Void Bets: A bet will be declared void and the stake returned where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the period defined in the specific sport's rules, and where rescheduling within that period does not occur.
• Errors in Odds: In the event that an obvious error occurs in the setting of odds (a "palpable error"), 72bd reserves the right to void any bets accepted at the erroneous price, regardless of the outcome of the event. In such cases, stakes will be returned in full.
• Result Disputes: Results are determined by reference to official governing body records. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, 72bd's decision, made after reviewing all available information, is final and binding.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets are subject to additional rules regarding the timing of bet acceptance and settlement. Bets accepted after an event or incident has occurred but before the result has been reflected in the market ("late bets") may be voided at 72bd's discretion.

7Casino & Games

The following rules apply to all casino and games activity on the 72bd platform, including slots, live casino, table games, and instant-win products:

• RNG Fairness: All random number generator (RNG) based games available on the 72bd platform use independently tested RNG software. Game outcomes are entirely random and are not influenced by previous results, bet sizes, or account history.
• Live Casino: Live casino games are supplied by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each live game are governed by the game rules published within the live environment. Where any conflict arises between these Terms and the live game rules, the live game rules shall prevail for that specific game.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, technical fault, or connectivity failure, 72bd's decision on the outcome of affected rounds is final. Any round affected by a verifiable technical error will be voided, and the relevant stake returned to the player's account.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 72bd platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings, and may result in legal action:

• Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account, whether in your own name or under any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or at any other point of interaction with the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other programmatic means to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform, games, or payment systems for financial gain.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on the 72bd platform.
• Colluding with other players, including chip dumping in poker or table games, or coordinating betting strategies to exploit promotions.
• Conducting any activity on the platform that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Using funds deposited on the platform that originate from criminal activity or that are the proceeds of crime.
• Allowing or facilitating use of your 72bd account by any third party, including a minor.
• Using the platform in any manner that may damage, disrupt, overburden, or impair the platform's infrastructure or interfere with other users' access to the service.

9Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 72bd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any content, product, or service obtained through the platform.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, 72bd shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss arising from events outside of 72bd's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, acts of God, or governmental actions.
• Any betting or gaming decision made by you in reliance on information published on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit 72bd's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

In any event, 72bd's maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 72bd account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14Amendments to These Terms

72bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in the law, changes in our product offering, security improvements, or for any other legitimate operational reason.

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a user — 72bd will provide notice by email to the address registered on your account, or by a prominent notice displayed on the platform, at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

For minor or clarificatory amendments that do not materially affect user rights, 72bd may update these Terms immediately with notice provided on the platform. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document and in the footer of this page.

Your continued use of the 72bd platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform and may request closure of your account as set out in Section 3.
